About

Amy Warren is a Right Whale Research Assistant at the Anderson Cabot Center for Ocean Life focusing on maintaining the Right Whale Photo-identification Catalog as well as a member of the field team, participating in vessel-based right whale surveys. After graduating from college, she spent 8 years getting familiar with many species of whales and marine life on various platforms. Before joining the NEAq team in October 2019, her work included summers as a Naturalist aboard commercial whale watching vessels in New England, and winters as a Right Whale Aerial Observer in the Southeast U.S.
